Western first built its reputation by providing quality commercial and residential Construction and Maintenance. Western expanded its reputation by providing Alaskan businesses a place to grow through its Commercial Real Estate Division by offering such services as Property Management, Leasing and Sales.
In comparison to other commercial real estate companies, our roots are in construction, which means our personnel know how to construct and keep a building running at peak efficiency over the years. Through maintenance calls and home remodeling services our estimators recognize to the penny what supplies should cost and when services are required in other trades, we can get our hands on the best subcontractors - fast!
